Basics:
Choose the Oval Racer. Wait till the timer jumps on 16 (this is done to get a better multiplier), then start. In the 1st big curve start to boost and crash into the back of the truck to push the truck almost entirely over the rail.
This strat requires some practice. If you have problems to reach the truck in time then start earlier when the timer is on 17 or 18.

To get scores beyond the 60 million mark the Oil Tanker or the big grey truck is needed. The short cab ones of those are much easier to push over the rail and for getting good scores, cause the long cab ones mostly move off the rail too quickly.
Unfortuntely trucks are random on this zone. There wasn't found a way to make Oil Tankers and big grey trucks appear more often.
Differences:
It isn't known if a certain system works better or has advantages.
Expert Tip:
Comparing the videos with the best damages it looks like the rail-glitch works a little better at a spot closer to the tunnel. If you get used to the strat you could be often too fast for that spot.
Extra Info:
If you don't success to get the truck on or over the rail you still can get a flying-truck glitch (DEADLY 1 got 87 million that way) or a good non-glitch score up to 35 million.
