Splitted the WCR Top 20 playlist into 2 parts (zone 1 - 15 and zone 16 - 30) cause the limit of 200 vids was close. Also added the best vids into, so these 2 playlists include all available Top 20 vids.

    Brainkiller007 beat the best video available on Surf Shocker/21! He got 106 million and climbed there from 4th to 2nd place, micmic85 who got 103 million 11 days before still has the best non-glitch video for that zone. The Total counter for the best vids available is at $6,599,220,488.
