Dub got 98,7 million on Downtown Destruction/22 and entered the Top-25 on 22nd place. It is not his first score on the rankings. 3 Years ago he already entered the chart on Pacific Peril/4 but fell out after some time, now he is back. He also got a 284,6 million PR on Out of Control Tower/3 two weeks ago, see the video link below. So welcome back Dub.

    Brainkiller007 got 112,8 million on Criss Cross Crush/18. This is only the 2nd score ever beating the 100 million mark on this zone after macos 151 million World Record in July 2003! Actually before the XBL Burnout 2 scoreboard reset due to country flags being added (also in July 2003), there was a 120-130 million score which got lost. Drew22werD told me this in 2005, as he was pretty active on the XBL scoreboards already since the release of Burnout 2.

    On the Top-25 Brainkiller007 remains on the 2nd spot (previous PR 96,8mil).
    He also beat the best Xbox 50hz video for that zone, which was a 11,5 years old 96,8 million score before.

    New World Record on Pacific Peril/4!
    Only 1 day after his PR Brainkiller007 got 153,4 million on Pacific Peril/4 and beat the 8 months old record by 4 million (149,4mil/Mr. Vette). On the Top-25 he climbed from 4th onto the 1st spot (previous PR 96,9mil).
    On the Totals he is now only 28 million away from beating the 7 billion mark.
    For the WCR community it was already the 2nd World Record in 2021.

    Brainkiller007 got 96,9 million on Pacific Peril/4 and climbed from 5th onto 4th place (previous PR 92,1mil).
    He also beat the best non-glitch video for that zone by 1,8 million, which was a 8 months old 95,1 million score by Mr. Vette before.

    Joker MasterMind improved his already good PR from last month on Switch Back Shocker/29 and got 149,9 million. On the Top-25 he climbed from 8th onto the 3rd spot (previous PR 117,2mil), his 2nd Top-25 score already being a Top-3 one.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed from #69 to #51.

    New World Record on Catch Up Chaos/24!
    And what a one, CoastalCrusher smashed the 2,5 years old record of 332,4 million and got a unbelievable 577,0 million score using his own Trailer-strat he worked on over the last 2 years! Also this was the third improvement within just 4 days! On the Top-25 he climbed from 4th onto the 1st spot (previous PR 305,0mil) and currently it is the 2nd WR he is holding.
    He also beat the almost 4 years old best Gamecube 50hz video for that zone (331,7mil).
    And on the Totals he is the 4th Crasher to beat the 6 billion mark and currently stands at $6,216,193,952.

    Mr. Vette got 91,9 million on Roadblock/19 and climbed from 18th onto 8th place (previous PR 85,3mil). It is currently his 10th zone he is ranked within the Top-10 spots.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed from #10 to #9.

    The first PR/Top-25 score in 2021 comes from LEEK701X. On Roadblock/19 he got 91,3 million and climbed from 15th onto 10th place (previous PR 86,1mil). It is already his 20th zone he is ranked within the Top-10.

    1500th WCR News Release!!

    Yes you read correctly, this one is the 1500th news release in the history of World Crash Rankings, the first one being released on February 1st, 2006. There could be so much to tell, but i will use those news to greet and send regards to all the Crash fellows over all those years, especially those ones which came and left or just disappeared at some point. If you ever get bored or you wanna get back at crashing, there is a small community alive which will happily welcome you back, what of course also applies to every new member joining.

    Especially a shout-out to Drew22werD, Edwin, hddr3, Traperac, NotYourCarNYC, Slazzy, KVD "Vieraldo", Anthony Burnout, Assassin Sports, Udderz, magicbart, HAL0MAN, BoneCrasherMania1, nikkos54, CrissCrossCrush, Stevie, Eliminator, Timmey064, maco, Amoxius, Phineasfool (thanks for those XBL pics), Tim885885, DEADLY1, Infinity G.R., MR Benga92 and to all the members on the WCR Discord channel (mKrawnis, sparker599, Wave, Crashfreak, LEEK701X, CoastalCrusher, Mr. Vette, micmic85), who are still a near part of the community and to all those Crashers which names appeared on the official Xbox Live Scoreboards, especially NitrousBlazer, who i unfortunately had never contact to.     LEEK701X got 98,8 million on Dangerous Curve/20 and missed the World Record for 2,2 million only. On the Top-25 he climbed from 10th onto 3rd place (previous PR 77,9mil). It is currently his 5th PR ranked within a Top-3 spot.
    On the Totals he beat the 5,2 billion mark.

  • Top 25 - Dangerous Curve/20

    2 new PRs today and both happened on Double Back Damage/28.

    MKrawnis was able to enter the Top-25 on 18th place with a 187,8 million score (previous PR 131,4mil). It was his 6th PR in 2020 and currently his 26th PR within a Top-25. Missing zones are Coastal Crush/2, Dip Disaster/6, Sprint Smash/17 and Cross Traffic Crash/26.
    On the Totals he beat the 4,8 billion mark.

    Also LEEK701X got a new PR there with 144,5 million (previous PR 132,7mil). It was his 13th PR in 2020.
    Both scores where done with a so called "Mover", means the truck just turns around and/or jumps out of his folded position.
