Late night news with another PR today and another time it is done by mKrawnis. He got 126,7 million on Surf Shocker/21 during a crash-off and climbed from 7th onto 3rd place (previous PR 110,4mil). It is currently his 2nd Top-3 spot he is holding.
This was also the 4th Top-3 spot happening within 6 days. 2 by CoastalCrusher, 1 by Mr. Vette and the one today by mKrawnis.

    Seems like Mr. Vettes version of doing the strat on Criss Cross Crush/18 starts to roll. Only 1 day after its found another Crasher was able to improve his PR. MKrawnis got 79,5 million and climbed from 13th onto 7th place (previous PR 65,0mil). He even was unlucky missing 2 multipliers for a better score.

    And there is another news update for today. Mr. Vette got his 6th PR this year. On Criss Cross Crush/18 he managed to get the 2nd best damage ever (5,8mil) getting a score of 93,0 million which puts him onto the 3rd place, which is his 1st Top-3 spot.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed another 2 spots from #18 to #16.

    LEEK701X got his 1st PR in 2020 with 85,0 million on Hairpin Havoc/10 but remains on the 8th spot (previous PR 81,6mil). He is the 8th Crasher this year getting a PR so already the last years quantity of Crashers with at least 1 PR has been matched.

    Another 2 PRs for todays news. MR. Vette got 79,3 million on Hairpin Havoc/10 and entered the Top-25 on 9th place.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed another spot from #19 to #18. He is still missing PRs for 19 zones at this moment.
    NotYourCarNYC got 52,7 million on Pacific Peril/4 and entered the Top-25 on the 8th spot. Due to the sink-glitch remove he was still missing a PR for that zone.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed from #25 to #23. On the Totals he beat the 3,6 billion mark.

    During a crash-off yesterday, which, with 7 participants, was one of the biggest ever happening, MR. Vette got 173,3 million on Ballistic Beach/15 and climbed from 19th onto 14th place (previous PR 134,3mil). He later also got another PR on Freeway Fury/9 entering the Top-25 on 24th spot with 239,8 million.
    On the overall rankings he climbed from #21 to #19.

    • There also has been a new Crasher around since some time, i was just waiting for him to get his 1st Top-25 entry. This even happened yesterday on Dangerous Curve/20 with a 70 million score, which would have been worth a Top-20 spot, but unfortunately he took no vid to prove that score. Nonetheless i will start to mention his PRs on the news from now on. Yesterday he also got a 83,1 million score on Heights Horror/27 being not that far from a Top-25 entry there.     CoastalCrusher seems to be on a mini run. He got another PR, this time on Ballistic Beach/15 getting 258,8 million taking another time the 3rd spot (previous PR 232,9mil/4th place). It is currently his 7th PR ranked within the Top-3 spots.
    And even 2 other PRs happened last night. NotYourCarNYC got 71,1 million on Cross Traffic Crash/26 and entered the Top-25 on 24th place (previous PR 54,7mil).
    MKrawnis got 122,0 million on On Ramp Onslaught/23 and climbed from 25th onto 24th place (previous PR 118,9mil). This makes him the 6th Crasher with at least 1 PR in 2020.

    Last year there were 8 Crasher with at least 1 PR and this year, despite the lack of activity, we are already at 5 now. Cause CoastalCrusher got 457,7 million on Freeway Fury/9 and climbed from 13th onto the 3rd spot (previous PR 339,5mil). He only has left 3 zones not being ranked within the Top-10. Those zones are Dam Buster/14, On Ramp Onslaught/23 and Switch Back Shocker/29.
    On the Totals he beat the 5,7 billion mark.

    NotYourCarNYC is back with his 2nd PR in the last 14 years. He got 159,5 million on Coastal Crush/2 and improved his previous PR from 2005 by 26 million (133,0mil).

    Its been over 3 months since the rankings were updated and some scores are overdue to be added.
    The 1st one is even from last year. Crashfreak beat his own best Xbox 60hz video on Out of Control Tower/3 from 1 and a half years ago (567,9mil) and got 590,3 million.
    In February he even got a new PR on this zone with 676,2 million climbing from 3rd onto 2nd place (previous PR 657,3mil). This is the 2nd highest score ever on that zone and even on the whole crash mode. Also it was another time a new best Xbox60hz video.
    Also in February he beat the best Xbox 60hz video for Glass Canyon/12 with 134,3 million, which was also a 2 and a half years old record by himself before (131,9mil).

    • There has also been 2 new PRs by shadowbones14, who wasn't active since 7 years. He got new PRs on Out of Control Tower/3 (326,5mil) and Double Back Damage/28 (109,9mil).

    The 1st 2020 news release is already an overdue one since 10 days. Mr. Vette got a few new PRs since then, let's start at the beginning.

    He got a 121,9 million score on Dam Buster/14, which he could improve within like 10 minutes getting a very good 166,8 million score. On the Top-25 this puts him on the 4th spot. On Surf Shocker/21 he also got a very good entry on the 5th place with a 121,0 million score. On Avalanche/13 he got 74,6 million taking the 17th place. He improved his PR on Dangerous Curve/20 getting 84,6 million and climbed from 18th onto 5th place using using a new strat he discovered (previous PR 69,5mil). On Ballistic Beach/15 he got 134,3 million and entered the Top-25 on 19th place. And last he entered the Top-25 on Pacific Peril/4 with a 37,8 million score improving it quickly to 48,9 million another time using a self-constructed strat. That score puts him on the 11th place.

    So all in all that's 8 new PRs couting also the double improvements. The Dangerous Curve/20 curve score is even a new best Xbox 60hz video, beating the old one from Crashfreak by 1,1 million (83,5mil).

    On the Overall Rankings he climbed from #37 to #21.

    Just before this year ends a new Crasher joins the WCR.
    Mr. Vette starts with 2 PRs. On Roadblock/19 he got 85,3 million and entered the Top-25 on 18th place and on Dangerous Curve/20 he got 69,5 million entering the Top-25 on 18th place too. On Roadblock/19 he even beat the 1 and a half years old best Xbox 60hz video by 1,2 million (84,1mil/Crashfreak).
    On the Overall Rankings he starts being ranked #65 with those 2 Top-25 scores.
    And by the way this makes him the 8th Crasher with at least 1 PR in 2019. So that's it for now, welcome to the rankings and enjoy your stay.
