And another PR just comes in for Dam Buster/14. BoneCrasherMania1 got 148,6 million using the 11-multiplier strat, which is currently the best score using that strat, and climbed from 14th onto the 9th spot (previous PR 129,0mil).

    The 15 days lasting Crash-off event on Dam Buster/14 ended already 2 weeks ago and i already wanted to share some results of the event, so here they are. Our cautious "goal" was to achieve at least 1 score over 150 million, but of course we also were looking forward to achieve a higher goal, as this zone is missing a video for its 206,7 million World Record. A lot of good scores happened, 3-4 with a higher potential, but the luck was missing. Like getting a higher damage on the bus, an earlier glitch, luckier multiplier, etc..

    But those 2 weeks brought back the 11-multiplier to life, when sparker599 achieved a 135 million score using that strat others started using that strat too. There is a really promising scenario using that strat and of course, that extra multiplier, which can be, like experience showed on other zones, very helpful. There is even the rare possibility of getting that white station wagon kicked towards the "bigger road" area behind the finish line, which even happened during the crash-off, so a 14 multiplier glitch might happen in the future. Currently a 123,1 million score is the highest score with a multiplier of 13, which sparker599 achieved after the event ended.

    4 Personal Records happened during that event by LEEK701X, sparker599, LarviStar and CoastalCrusher. Crashfreak got a pretty good 57,4 million non-glitch score and with 15,6 million of damage Brainkiller007 achieved the 5th highest ever damage on that zone.

    Since almost 2 years LarviStar, only crashing on the Dolphin Emulator, started to go for PRs on Crash Mode. He already put in lots of hundred of hours and like no one before, tried to provide the best proof possible, by mostly streaming his crashing sessions but also showing the Dolphin settings in each of those. As he showed a great passion and dedication going for highscores, we tried to fund him a real console several times, as it was sad to see good scores not going onto the WCR. But due to personal reasons, it is not possible for him to receive a console (times may change).
    The thought of allowing him and his Emulator scores on the rankings grew, and we finally decided, to open the gate for him due to those mentioned reasons. Just to be clear, this is an exception, cause the last thing i want is, to open the door for another flood of scores done on an Emulator.

    He already entered the Top-25 on 8 different zones in those 2 years, recently with 222,3 million on Coastal Crush/2, and his biggest score yet is the 251,5 million World Record on Twilight Turmoil/25.
    On the Overall Rankings he is ranked on #24 and his Total currently stands at $3,481,298,936. So welcome to the rankings and we surely hope to see another great records from you.

    Sparker599 got 135,6 million on Dam Buster/14 and entered the Top-25 on the 11th spot (previous PR 61,7mil). It is even the best score ever using the 11 multiplier strategy.
    On the Overall Rankings he climbed from #17 to #16 and on the Totals he beat the 4,3 billion mark.
    This was by the way the 3rd PR which happened during the Crash-off Event on Dam Buster/14, which is still going until the following weekend.

    Hello fellow Crashers and Readers!
    It is time for the first WCR Event in 2024, which will be a Crash-off on Dam Buster/14 lasting 15 days! The event starts this Saturday June 1st and will last until Saturday June 15th. Rules are pretty simple, just crash the Dam Buster zone as much as you want during that time and try to achieve the best score.

    Beside having fun or achieving a new personal best score, here is a small list of goals, which would be nice to see them beaten:

    World Record - $206,7 million - Crashfreak - March 2014 (without Video)
    World Record non-glitch - $ 64,3 million - LEEK701X - July 2022

    LEEK701X got 241,1 million on Head On Highway/30 and jumped from 19th onto the 6th spot (previous PR 158,7mil).
    On the Overall Rankings he moved from #5 to #4 overtaking CoastalCrusher and on the Totals he beat the 6,3 billion mark.

    There are new PRs from the 2 most successful Crashers in 2024.

    XtremePlays got 189,0 million on Ballistic Beach/15 and climbed 6 spots from 17th onto the 11th place (previous PR 170,2mil).
    His Total currently stands at $5,775,127,172.

    • The other PR comes from BoneCrasherMania1. On Downtown Destruction/22 he got 192,1 million and climbed from 9th onto the 8th spot (previous PR 162,0mil). Mentionable he got that score using the Classic (read more on his video info).
    His Total currently stands at $5,669,435,148.

    And it finally finally happened! After spending over 2600 hours in the past 11 months in a mindblowing number of over 170.000 attempts, LarviStar was able to get a, from a WCR point of view, new unofficial World Record on Twilight Turmoil/25 with 251,5 million! Unofficial, cause he was playing on the Dolpin Emulator for the whole time.

    I can't even find words for someone grinding a single zone for that amount of time, saying so spending myself thousands of hours on Burnout 2 Crash Mode. And no one would have ever thought someone would need to spend that much time beating the current 235,3 million record from 7,5 years ago, as the Supercar 16-multi strategy wasn't really played and squeezed that much. Or maybe that score just shouldn't happen for him. But Larvistar went, and beat those words.

    XtremePlays got 236,0 million on On Ramp Onslaught/23 and jumped from 14th onto the 3rd spot (previous PR 149,3mil). It is currently his 5th Top-3 spot.

    • MKrawnis got 108,3 million on Glass Canyon/12 and climbed from 19th onto the 16th spot (previous PR 90,5mil). He also got 133,4 million on On Ramp Onslaught/23 and reentered the Top-25 on the 22nd spot (previous PR 124,7mil). So he is back being ranked in each zones Top-25.

    BoneCrasherMania1 continues his good streak from the past months. On Ballistic Beach/15 he got 294,8 million and climbed from the 5th onto the 2nd spot (previous PR 232,7mil).
    He also beat the 17,5 years old best Gamecube 50hz video by 33 million, which was done by Brainkiller007 in 2006 (261,8mil).
    On the Totals he beat the 5,6 billion mark.

    • XtremePlays also got a new PR on On Ramp Onslaught/23. He got 149,3 million and climbed 1 spot up onto the 14th spot (previous PR 144,0mil).
    But that was enough, to celebrate the 2nd Crasher today beating the 5,6 billion mark on the Totals!
